Situated within an innovative rural development tailored for individuals over the age of 55, this residence is located amidst 1.85 acres of picturesque Worcestershire Countryside, which was an important consideration when we were asked to stage the property.
The developers approached us wanting to create a 'show home' for the handful of new homes they'd created. The property was stunning, full of character and finished to a very high standard, but with no furniture, it was difficult to gauge room sizes and furniture placement in the open plan living space.
Although the complex and property enjoys new and modern interiors, we still wanted to embrace and pay tribute to the surrounding countryside through the staging.
