10 Barrington Grange, Powick

When the owner of Barrington Grange in Powick, Worcester, first put his property on the market in April 2026, the apartment was completely empty.

Despite attracting a handful of viewings, no offers were forthcoming, and as the weeks passed, interest began to slow.
